Unnecessary render event

OBRIM raises unnecessary 3D rendering event when parameters are modified or new objects are added (Such as color, opacity, visibility or any other property that doesn't effect the output of 3D rendering, new material definition, API calls=>set visibility, set selected, zoom extend ) .

There can be a pre-processing to understand if the modified variable effect the output of the 3D render.
