Real time collaboration bug

If we first open project in API mode and then open in browser, real time collaboration doesn't work. It works other way around(browser first api second)

I cannot generate this problem at my end. I am assuming you can generate this problem consistently at your end? Does it matter if the collaboration is through web app, API? If web app, have you tried other browsers Chrome, Firefox, Edge?
