Ability to add comments to revisions and new UI to show only revisions that has comments.

This is actually there internally, but totally ignored by the UI of the app. let's keep this issue open to track the implementation of the UI for revision log messages.

allow user to enter log messages specifying what they are working on as they make changes to the project. These messages should then be displaced on Revision history page along with changes.
