Sometimes I can see the code of the templates, sometimes it doesn't appear...

Yes, that was the issue, now I can see the code when I open BrIM menu.

Can you please clarify on what you mean by "code of the templates"? Can you send a screenshot? Do you mean you have trouble seeing BrIM menu? The only wayt o see the BrIM menu is to launch the app with edt=1 flag. Here is a link you can use: http://stark.red/app/?edt=1&err=2 first flag edt turns on the underlying XML editor, err turns on extra detailed error messages.
