Suddenly missing Objects explorer icon

The Objects explorer icon suddenly disappeared after I added a new section or shape.
I tried to go to STARK menu to restart the project but the Objects explorer is still shown on the page and I was still able to add a new section (Section4) to the project even if I was already in the STARK Open Project page.
I've refreshed the page and now it's back to normal. The section I added (Section4) when the Objects explorer was also in the STARK Open Project page was indeed added to the project I was previously working with.

That was the first time I experienced such behavior. It has not occurred again since.

Thank you for reporting the issue. Is this a consistent behavior? Can you generate the same problem now? I will need to be able to generate the problem at my end to investigate.
