Editing Circle Shape added from Objects explorer

This is how the Edit Circle popup looks like by default:
Say I click Move/Rotate and edit AX = -50 and click Apply.
When I check it again in 
, the Rotation of Origin is now shown in the Edit Circle popup.
When I click Move/Rotate, the Rotation of Origin is also there. It seems redundant.
