Object Explorer should have reduced functionality for predefined templates

Object explorer is used to add/modify/remove underlying parametric objects. We should have reduced functionality for projects created from predefined templates. For example, we should not allow end user to remove objects in a project created from a predefined template, because this can potentially render the project unusable.
