Suggestion to add elastic section modulus to the list of calculated section properties

Basic formula for elastic section modulus is S = I/y, where I is the moment of inertia and y is the distance from the centroid of the section to the extreme fiber of the section.

The moment of inertia is already computed in STARK by triangulating the cross-section geometry and computing for the total moment of inertia of the triangles. The y distance just needs to be determined to be able to compute for the elastic section modulus.

For symmetrical sections the value of S is the same above or below the centroid or on the left or right of the centroid. On the other hand, for asymmetrical sections, two values can be determined: S max and S min. With this, maybe maximum and minimum values for elastic section modulus can be added to the list of calculated section properties.
