Suggestion to add radius of gyration to the list of calculated section properties

Basic formula for radius of gyration is r = SQRT(I/A), where I is the moment of inertia and A is the area of the section.

The moment of inertia and area of the section are already computed by STARK so it would be easy to compute for the radius of gyration.
