Concrete column design problem

I'm using Windows 7 and Chrome.

In STARK there is a bug after I choose: Concrete column ---> Required strength ---> Axial strength = 0

I know that this is almost impossible in practical view but theoretically it is.

So there should be possibility to run the Design even this number is "0".
