Wrong computation for section properties after changing section dimensions

I have a 12x16 rectangular section SEC1. Previously, I had it as 8x12 section then I changed it to 12x16.

Computation for section properties are wrong for SEC1 with 12x16 dimension.

Area should have been 192 sq.units. I think the 96 sq.units area was still based on the previous 8x12 dimensions.
