Material Assignment Rebars

I'm using Windows 7 and Chrome. In STARK there is a bug after I choose: Concrete column ---> Material Assignment ---> Reinforcement Type (see material assignment) After I look at: Concrete column ---> Reinforcement Details, there is no change to the reinforcement Types (see reinforcement details)
