Assigning Alignments to Objects

Issue #81 resolved
Mike Bartholomew created an issue

There seems to be an issue when assigning an alignment to an object in OpenBrIM. When a volume object is located within a horizontal curve, it appears to be rendered incorrectly. For a pier cap volume that is intended to be constant width in plan, it displays graphically so that it is narrower on the inside of the curve than on the outside, It is probably the order of coordinate transformations that is causing it. In addition, if the same pier cap volume object is skewed about the Z-axis, it becomes curved in plan instead of straight as intended. Vertical line objects do not rotate about the skewed Z-axis either. See link to project below.

This issue should be resolved with the re-organization of alignment objects in v3.150518 -- let me know if you still have the issue.
