How are units used in Library objects. Tried using similar definitions to what is used in the New Project, but it seemed to not overwrite the parameter values passed from the Project to the Library object.
At this point we assume that the library object itself uses a uniform internal unit system that the consumer projects need not know about.
While this works for most library objects, there will be problems for non-graphical library objects. For example, if someone wants to create a library object for a design code, the code itself will require a certain unit system that needs to be known by the project (probably for reporting). That is why we should allow "Internal" unit system to be defined in library objects. I will keep this issue open until we support this.
