What does 'I couldn't find any package data' mean?

I get this result when applying it on my package:

I couldn't find any package data
Final rating: 0/10
This cheese seems to contain no dairy products

I tried looking at pyroma's code, but it would be helpful to have an explanation of what is exactly missing...
