Better unreadable folder verify error reporting

Currently there is no error shown during the verify step if a folder such as .Trashes can't be read. Rsync creates the same folder at the destination with the same permissions, but the user should be notified during the verify step that there are possibly files in that folder that are being skipped because they don't have permission to access them.

"Verify completed with errors" message is displayed to the user and errant folders are logged to the verify log.
