Target Framework problem in windows server 2008 r2

Hello,

i think i have discoverd my error with the with page of death. in web.config i see: <compilation targetFramework="4.5" /> <httpRuntime executionTimeout="300" maxRequestLength="512000" targetFramework="4.5" requestValidationMode="2.0" />

in windows server 2008 r2 in the installed programs i see .NET 4.5 version 4.5.50709 but in ISS 7 i see only .NET 4 in the Pool list.

how can i register that 4.5 version?? if it is not registered it wil not work.
