Can't select Map "hexadecimal value 0x1F is an invalid character"

hi, I run a Windows Server 2012R2 with SESM 2.9.13 everytime I try to change the map on a server i get this:

First I tried to change the mapname, same result. Then I tried to change the servername, getting the same error code while trying to change it.
Whats wrong?
