SESE continually firing

My monitors indicate that the server with the latest version of sesm (3.2.2) on is spiking on a regular occurrence, the only thing that could be causing that is SESE update (as auto update for that is activated) I have attached sese auto logs.

Also SE is reporting an update to be available (when there is not) Im suspicious that its reading for the dev / beta version.
