Server not starting, no logs

Got everything setup according to the installation guide, however, when I try to start the server, it says server started but nothing happens. Where can I find logs?

If everything is green but you still can't really "start" the server, please let us know

Ok found the problem, when uploading the server, zip up both, the DedicatedServer & DedicatedServer64 files.

However now its hanging on "starting"

You don't have to zip anything yourself. you should upload the dedicatedServer.zip located in the tools folder of your space engineers installation on your computer

Ah ok, I have done so now, however it is still hanging on "starting"

check your server log in the log manager, post it here if you don't find the problem

Thats part of the problem, there are no logs in the log manager. It just stays on "starting" all the time

try to kill it and start it

when you kill it, does it goes to stopped. Also, have you changed any parameter, like the SESavePath ?

See my reported bug. Did you alter the save world directory?

The creation of maps are hard coded to the C:\ProgramData directory. Keep the settings of the save world to that location or copy paste what is in your C: directory to the Directory you have configured in the SESM settings

Problem has been solved: did not upload the zip from the tools folder, was hanging on starting because it was downloading mods(I think), closing for now.
