Default admin credentials supplied in Windows Server 2008 installation guide do not work

Using a Windows Server 2008 R2 vm, I download and run the SESM installer without issue and directed to its login page when navigating to localhost - great, all works.

I'm also able to create a new user through the login page and navigate around within the console.

However, I'm not able to log in with the default admin credentials "Admin"-"password" supplied in the installation guide available in this Bitbucket's wiki. I tried a few variations on them. I also tried the credentials of the windows user created for SESM, as well as the database credentials defined in the connection string.

I can't find a file anywhere in the deploy or web installation that tells me what the default credentials have been set as.
