Web client hangs indefinitely after navigating to Global Settings -> Space Engineers if SE not installed

Step 6 of the wiki's "Installation Guide For Windows Server 2008 R2" says:
Importing SE Game Files : Connect on the website with the default credentials (see above) and go into the Settings > Upload game files section. Here, you can upload the "DedicatedServer.zip" available in the Tools section of your SE installation. Alternatively, if you have setup auto update, you can click on "Force Manual Update" and it will download the game files for you.
If I go to Global Settings -> Space Engineers, which appears to be now how we access the above, without SE already installed, it hangs indefinitely.

got the same problem :( - cant i just paste the files in the right directory? and if where is it?
