Rights Management

Hello, i'm trying to give rights to a new user on SESM to see only a server but the right management is not so clear currently, so i tried to give my user all rights to his server (not the host) and he still cannot see anything when he is connected.

Is there any tutorial or something else for the SESM rights management? maybe it's not a bug because i cannot use right the rights management module correctly.
