Hmm, weird, first of all, launch the IIS manager (search "Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager" in your tile menu), and look for the "default web site" in le left pane. Remove it. Then, do all the instruction in this page (https://bitbucket.org/remygrandin/sesm-public/wiki/Installation_Guides/Installation_Guide_W7) from the middle of step 2.1 ("Right Click the ASP.NET V4.0 application pool and select Advanced Settings...." (in your case, it will be called something like ".NET 4.5")) up to the end of this step (stop just before the 2.2)

This indicate a problem in your SQL credentials, It seam you tried something else as login but the login is always sa The password is randomly generated by the auto installer and automaticly integrated into SESM.config, you should not have a need to change those.

Currently, no, but I'm working on a way to integrate it. To update, you will just have to download the zip I will province and launch as admin the autodeploy.Bat which will be in it, in a few seconds, your sesm will be up to date
