Multiple CP users

When adding multiple users to one server, one of them often gets removed. Making it tricky to have more than one person with access to the server's control.

I am not 100% sure why this is, but it could be if both people are logged into the CP at the same time? If so, could some safe guard be put in place so this can't happen?
