BRN have reported a faulty power board
Issue #5
resolved
They have reported the following on the forum:
Our power board seems to be dead; by which, I mean that on connection of the battery, and closing the on/off switch, we get no reaction. Unsurprisingly, this is a hindrance to our progress.
Thus far, we have tried:
* Fresh-charged batteries
* Checking continuity between the terminals of the battery connector
* Replacing our external switch with a shorting wire (to rule out our switch)
* Trying the power board with nothing connected (to confirm nothing external causing a short or whatever).
We have also given the rest of the electronics of the robot a generous multimeter probing, trying to identify any faults, and have found none.
Would anyone here be able to offer some advice? We've tried to contact SRobo directly to organise a replacement, and have been told to ask here.

I do not have any suitable power boards myself. The Inventory indicates that Rob has one that should be suitable so I've asked him to post it to me so that I can prepare and test it.
