DUL require a replacement power board

They have reported the following via the forum:

When we plug the battery in (charged) and turn the power board on, nothing happens; no LEDs, no fan, nothing. We've done the following:

• Tried another (charged) battery
• Checked the fuse isn't blown
• Checked the external on/off plug

Let me know if you need any more info.

I should also add that we are seeing 12V across the negative of the power board and the fuse (both sides of the fuse, so the fuse is intact).
