Package is too big; decompose into smaller packages

Richard Cotton repo owner created an issue

Split into assertivebase, assertivetypes, assertivetools, assertivetime, assertivepersonaldata, whatever.

Keep assertive package as wrapper that imports/reexports functions from all components.
