Checking rstudio version

As the title suggests

I've added this feature: see the functions is_rstudio_current, is_rstudio_desktop, and is_rstudio_server.

I had to dig into the RStudio code to figure out how to do that, so the package has now been changed to GPL licence as a consequence. (Though I'd been considering doing that anyway now its a proper project with actual users.)
