simfactory' submit command does not print an error when the queuing system rejects the job

If for some reason (e.g. maximum core count exceeded) a job is rejected from the queuing system and so it never starts, simfactory should print an error message. The current behaviour is just that the line "Submit finished, job id is 212....." is not printed by simfactory.
