Can access the phone when long pressing Home button

I don't know if this is a flaw or intentionally did not cover this, but if my friend is viewing a pic in focus gallery nd is able to reach homescreen, then he can press and hold home button to access recent apps and click close all button and voila.. He can again go to gallery and see all my pics.
