Beamer + pgfplot + externalization

Hi, I'm using beamer together with pgfplot. It works fine. Because of memory limit and time of generation I intended to use externalization fuction, however I've hit on error: !pdfTeX error: pdflatex.exe (file c:/texlive/2010/texmf-dist/tex/latex/beamer/art/beamericonbook.pdf): xpdf: reading PDF image failed. The beamericonbook.pdf is of course there and readable. This error does not appear when using template article instead of beamer.

Here is sample TEX document for bug reproduction:

\documentclass{beamer}

\usepackage{pgfplots}

\usepgfplotslibrary{external}

\tikzexternalize

\begin{document}

\begin{frame}{Test1}

\begin{tikzpicture}

\begin{axis}

\addplot+[ybar] plot coordinates{(0,3) (1,2) (2,4) (3,1) (4,2)};

\end{axis}

\end{tikzpicture}

\end{frame}

\end{document}

The pdflatex needs to been run with parameter -shell-escape. I'm using up to date texlive 2010 distribution on win7 x64. If you comment \tikzexternalize command, the document is generated properly, however without externalization. If you use article template, it work as well, but it doesn't with beamer.

    When I tried to generate 2 different beamer presentations simultaneously, I've received the same error message. IMHO this is the source of the externalization problem.
