Documentation for Bobby's domains

Review / add documentation for domains as docstrings (using Sphinx compatible reST http://sphinx-doc.org/rest.html). This should include a 1-2 sentence high-level description, a complete reference to the source (either paper or homepage), and descriptions of states and actions (maybe also reward). Please make sure that the documentation looks somewhat decent in the HTML documentation produced by Sphinx.
