Can't scroll the "Display Character" screen

Can't scroll the "Display Character" screen (called via 'd' key) at all. PgUp/PgDown ignored, other scroll-related keys (arrows, Home, End, e.t.c.) - are ignored or cause the closing "Display Character" screen.

This is related to the bugs fixing scrolling state staying at the same position in different displayed things.

Fix bug where previous fix for scrolling position persisting in different windows that allow scrolling, broke scrolling in other locations. Reported by Karagy. Fixes #140.
