Money transfers bugged and take/give bugged amounts

Easy to reproduce, just spend money.

    Compilation warning fixes broke money transfers, resulting in bugged amounts being transferred due to signed/unsigned variable interaction. Reported by Felius@Bay12, with handy save file. Fixes #192
