Oil of Transformation multiplies stackable ranged weapons

Applying the oil to single ranged weapons results in stacks of the new weapon. I had a single dagger turn into 20 javelins after application.

    Fix bug where when an item changes type (e.g. oil of transformation) the quantity of the item would be multiplied by a arandom amount. Closes issue #32.
