Spells: Multiple spells aren't in any books, and thus cannot be learned

As per title. That I've noticed, these include:

Improved Phantasmal Force (Illusion, Mage 2) Hightened Senses (Thaumaturgy, Mage 2) Improved Spectral Force (Illusion, Mage 4) Advanced Illusion (Illusion, Mage 5)

Of those four, all but heightened senses are listed by the manual's spell index as being in the book "Smoke and Mirrors", which doesn't appear to be implemented. Heightened senses appears to have no book whatsoever assigned to it.

smoke and mirrors exists, but is "mostly unimplemented".
