Spell Manager interface, metamagic line grown after help

In "spell manager" (via 'm' key) - after reading help - the metamagic line is grow. Example:

Tested on various metas.

Refreshing the spell manager rebuilt the feat list, which added onto the last time it was rebuilt, showing a more extended mangled doubled list each refresh. Closes #97
