Craft Magical Arms and Armor Feat?

From the Dwarf racial description, the section "Weaponcraft" states that at 7th level a Dwarf will receive the Craft Magical Arms and Armor feat for free.

Now, I cannot find this feat either in the Feat Descriptions section of the help menu, nor at character generation/level-up if I show all the feats.

Is it because nobody other that Dwarves can get this feat, or is it a bug? If the former, more clarity in the description would be appropriate, I think.

So far, I believe only dwarves and Xavias worshippers get this ability.
