Auto-stowing picking up things it shouldn't

Namely, every magical shield except tower, holy simbols, holy water and tanglefoot bags.
Pretty annoying, because every now and then you have to stop and clear the inventory from unwanted clutter.

Would you like suggestions/opinions on what stuff should and shouldn't be auto-stowed?

Well, this is a bug about it picking up things it shouldn't, I assumed there was some definition of what it should and should not pick up. I'll post on bay12 requesting opinions, and go with consensus.

Where is how auto stow defined? I'm not sure what it should and should not pick up, and a clear guide would help fix this.
