Counterspelling does not check any casting constraints to see if casting is actually possible

Tested only for druidic wild shape forms. Not tested for other types shapeshifting/alterselfing.

Normally, in shaped form (in leopard, for sample) the spelcasting unavailable with message: "You cannot perform arcane gestures without hands!". But, for this shaped form, the same spells is prompted for counterspell and can be succesfully casted.
