Further MA_ type values may need MTypeNames entries

RMTEW FULL NAME repo owner created an issue

Issue #131 was a bug relating to MA_NLIVING not having an entry in MTypeNames, which meant when looked up, it would display as 'Undefined 91'.

This issue requires that someone go through all the MA_ values and determine which require MTypeNames entries that do not already have them.
