Negative item HP

My Dwarven Warrior-Rogue has a blessed circlet of blasting [5d8+2, 10d6+2, 5d6+2] (7 uses left). In the description for said circlet of blasting, it says that it has -450 of -450 hit points. This is probably not intentional and, although I haven't yet experimented with it, having just used a scroll of identify on it, probably also game-breaking..
