Currently violating GPL as Accent dead code is not compiled out in Release builds

Todo: 1) Either fix the linker settings to remove the dead code, or externalise the compiler code into a GPL licensed script compiler. 2) Update the readme to remove notice of the GPL violation.

[RMTEW FULL NAME]

Do not compile the script compiler-related source code files as part of the release build. The compiler's dead code removal does not remove the unused GPL licensed Accent compiler compiler runtime. Fixes #206.
