Add a non-Visual Studio Makefile

Supporting platforms I do not use is something I do not have the time or interest in, and doing it anyway drains the interest I do have for development I would otherwise do on Windows / Visual Studio.

However, a temporary approach to see if there is any response, might be to add a simple Makefile and see what happens.
