Incursion.mod file mismatch

Hello,

Just after trying the new Incursion-0.6.9Y17, regardless of the option i select in the main menu, i obtain an in-application error message about the Incursion.mod mismatching.

I can continue (it goes back to main menu) or exit without any crash message.

Additionally, i forgot to mention it for previous version, but as long as a Options.dat has not been created by me going into the game options, the dos console display "ERROR:Couldn't open C:\Incursion-0.6.9Y17.\Options.dat" repeatedly

This was me forgetting to do the mod rebuild when the version changed. Sorry!

Also the options.dat thing is some annoying thing to do with libtcod. Can't do anything about it.
