Rewrite part of FAQ in help.irh for outdated info

Need review and rewrite of the following answers/questions in 'Introduction to Incursion' Frequently Asked Questions section in help.irh: * Why is Incursion so buggy? <- You'll have more experience with this question... I haven't encountered any bugs in playing yet. * Why is Incursion so slow? <- I haven't noticed it being slow yet--Intel Core 2 Duo 3.16 Ghz with 4 GB RAM. Though I haven't gotten far down in the dungeon yet. * Is Incursion open-source? <-- It appears to be, but help file states otherwise. * Where can I reach the author? <- Gives Julian's contact info. * Where can I post messages about Incursion? <- Not sure if sources for posting questions are being monitored for those purposes. * What's the 'resource compiler' option for? <- I'm not sure what needs to be done with this one.

Also recommend looking over Credits section. Maybe should be kept as is for historical reasons?
