Percentage explored computed incorrectly

The percentage explored indicator (in the Journal) appears to be adding instead of (presumably) dividing. When fully explored, it will say something like (1000 / 2000 = 3000%).

For unexplored levels, it's giving mostly nonsensical results (see attachment).

Confirmed bug in y18 and 19, but not in Y11.
