Only US keyboard layout supported

The commands "?" (on-line help), "=" (options) and "/" (legend) are not working for me. My keyboard has a different symbol layout from the standard US keyboard, but other commands (>, <, -) do work. If it matters, I'm on a Win7 x86 computer.

This is a known issue and work has started on fixes for the various causes.

Fixed in 70a210ab8919135bb8471a99582f389c783fe8c8. There are some residual problems: numpad users have to turn numlock off, and space key will cause two spaces to be sent when pressed once, and numpad . will not work as normal rest action while numlock is off.
