Allies entirely too happy about shooting you in the back of the head

... as per title. Ranged allies seem entirely unconcerned about what's between them and their target, even if it's you. Save's attached with an easy replication -- just wait a turn or two and the elf will start shooting at the nearby icemantle, which incidentally causes most of the shots to hit the player.
